How to start your day ?

Do you want to maintain the same energy level throughout the day? The energy level tends to decline as the day ends. It happens due to many reasons. If you want to maintain the same energy level throughout the day, you should know the techniques to start your day in a well-defined way. I have analysed myself for a couple of years and experimented with various things written in Ayurveda and yogic science.

  1. Enjoy your work

    It is a simple thing that everyone can follow. But today, most people don't enjoy their work. People are either stuck in the past or are anxious about the future. It is one of the reasons why they don't enjoy their work. But it is not as simple as it seems. To enjoy your work, you need to like it first. The fact is that most people don't like their work. Even if you do not like your job, business or any other profession, you can still enjoy your work. Search for the things that you could gain by doing your regular work. This philosophy can make you like and relish any work. If it happens, you will never get tired of working.

  3. Find something every day that excites you

    The words of APJ Abdul Kalam will make you understand the value of excitement in your life. "Dream is not that which you see while sleeping it is something that does not let you sleep." No matter what you do for your living. The fact is that you must do some work every day that excites you. You must be excited to get out of bed in the morning. If it happens, you will never feel the burden of doing your work. You will be able to maintain the same energy level throughout the day.

    There will be people ahead of you. It can create a feeling of jealousy within you. Also, there will be people behind you. It can give birth to the ego. Both ways, you will gain tamasic qualities. You will be at peace if you make yourself better every day without comparing yourself with other people. If your mind is at peace, you will get better sleep. And eventually, you will be able to maintain the same energy level throughout the day.


  6. Eat light dinner

    The digestive power of humans decreases at night. If you take a heavy dinner, it will take much time to digest. And you will feel sleepy when you wake up in the morning. So, the best way is to take no dinner or light dinner. It helps to wake up in the morning with more freshness.

  8. Exercise

    Waking up early and doing exercise is considered beneficial for the body as well as the mind. Intense exercise also releases serotonin(the hormone of happiness) and dopamine(the hormone of the brain's pleasure). These two hormones will make your day even better.
