Morning exercise motivation

Today I am going to tell you the power of daily exercising. You might have heard many times about it. Some of you have implemented it into your life while some have avoided it. I am going to describe an aspect of my life. Exercise-The word may seem small, but it is very compelling when applied in one's life. Many people believe that exercise is good for fitness. Yes, this is true in every viewpoint. But the truth is that it gives you everything necessary for making your dream come true. It encourages you to do more required hard work. Believe it or not, it has the power to change your thought process.

I heard many times about the benifits of exercise. But, I was unable to implement it in my life. From the past one year, I have made it an important part of my life. Starting a day with intense exercise is in my daily routine. It gives me enthusiasm for the whole day. I am now able to make more effort with less exhaustion. When you start your day with exercise, you go to a different world. A world which is possessed only by A grade players.

I have told you why exercise is very important in a spiritual way. Now it is time to go scientifically. Cortisol(hormone of fear) is highest in the morning. Intense exercise will help to reduce its level and make you perform even better than usual days when you don't exercise. Intense exercise will also release serotonin(hormone of happiness) and dopamine(hormone of the brain's pleasure). These two hormones will make your day even better. So now it is clear that exercise doesn't just mean making six-packs. Many people believe that going to the gym is real exercise. But I want to say that any person can do it, all you need is a passion within yourself.


Waking up early and doing exercise is considered beneficial for the body as well as mind. But many people accept that they cannot rise early. They never want to come out of their comfort zone. Always keep trying to make things happen. You can't fail until you keep trying, regardless of the situation in which you are currently present. So work hard to generate new habits into your life and keep on exploring until you live in this beautiful world.
